This is the second year we have stayed at the villa and the fifth time we have stayed in Arcadia village so obviously we feel the villa and surrounding area is excellent for our type of holiday which is a quiet relaxing one in a beautiful area. It is only a short walk to the bus stop and it is in a great position halfway between pathos and coral bay. The villa met all our needs and would certainly recommend to anyone else.

Lovely villa, very spacious inside and out. 3 areas to relax in the sun or shade. Plenty of sunloungers, tables and chairs. Large BBQ if you fancy cooking a souvlaki. Roof top terrace superb for private sunbathing and great views of coral bay and sunset from here. Everything available for our holiday here including beach towels, cool bags/ice blocks, hairdryer, plenty of maps and information leaflets/books about local area and further afield. There's even pack of cards, dominoes, satellite TV, DVD player, radio etc. Lots of books to keep you occupied while you relax. Lovely and quiet here, found at times we were the only 2 people at the swimming pool! Only 2 minute walk to the sea and the water is crystal clear and warm. 10 minute walk to the top of the road and you can catch the local buses for €1.50 into Paphos or Coral Bay. €2.50 per person. A day ticket is only €5 each and you can hop on and off the buses all day. Photographs and description of the villa are just what you see Fabulous! Great value and good location, car port as well if you hire a car. Access only available to residents. Have stayed here twice and will certainly be back again. Booking process very easy and safe. Kept well informed by Cyprus Lettings about property. A definite must do is go to 7 StGeorges Taverna in Geroskipou (taxi reasonable price) and sample the Cypriot Meze. Wear loose clothing! Food fantastic and wine lovely, check it out on Facebook if you must- Go each time when in Paphos. Ben and staff very friendly and great hosts. Other restaurants which were lovely are Gustoso (portions are huge!)in Paphos and Gold Temple in Coral Bay were lovely. Italian restaurant Trattoria at first bus stop in Coral Bay was superb. Definitely recommend going to Latchi for boat trip to the Blue Lagoon. Koulla traditional boat- €25 pp and this inc BBQ and wine, 2hours swimming time. Fabulous! We were going to miss our bus as boat wouldnt return in time and the owner kindly provided us a lift to the next town Polis to enable us to get the bus in time back to Paphos. Lovely people.
